The Federal Credit Union Act and various state regulations require credit unions to perform certain audit procedures on an annual basis. We can perform substantially all of these procedures on behalf of the supervisory committee. This is accomplilshed through a specified procedures engagement in which we perform a specific set of procedures designed to assist in meeting the requirements of the Regulator. We will issue a report and still include a management letter at no additional cost. The letter contains our observations based on internal controls, accounting, and operating matters.
