Condit and Associates was founded in 1986 by Gary D. Condit and currently operates as an LLC. The firm is a regional firm and has been working with Credit Unions from its inception. Services to Credit Unions are the firm's specialization. The firm focuses exclusively on providing a wide range of services to our Credit Union clients and was recently ranked by Callahan's in the top 15 firms in the nation for providing audit services to credit unions with asset of more than $40,000,000.

We believe the challenges facing credit union's has never been greater and feel that we have positioned our firm with the knowledge and expertise to truly be in a position to help our Credit Union clients. The competitive financial services industry continues to evolve and requires credit unions to be current on regulatory compliance matters, member information security, compliant with new allowance for loan loss interpretations from NCUA, asset/liability management analysis and information technology to name a few key areas.
